Return Policy

Accept return of defected items with 7 days after you received the original order.

Pls note:

1. You need to contact the customer service firstly, tell us the manufacturing defect, e.g. style, smell, size, or color. After their confirmation, you can send the item back.
2. After the return request has been authorized, the item can be shipped back to the address we gave you. Pls kindly send email about your order number and returned tracking number.
3. Pls make sure the hair bundles are intact and the lace has not been cut.
4. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for partial refund.
